Choosing Me Falling in-love with our very own lives - the down & dirty, the hidden, the shame filled; the stories often too scary to tell/share. Falling in-love with the pieces we try so hard to keep out of sunlight. Yeah, those edgy gorgeous pieces. Loving, valuing, honoring our very own imperfect messy lives - can feel Insurmountable. What’s holding us back? What keeps us from loving ourselves? What keeps us from standing in our magnificent power? What keeps us in relationships that cause us deep pain? Falling in-love with our own lives. For two weeks, on Tuesday nights (July 7th & 14th) for 2 hours each night, we’re gonna dig deep & excavate. Yeah. Using powerful writing prompts to open our hearts, share our souls, and release what keeps us from shining our light.
