The Messenger - Summer Table Reads

The Messenger follows Santana Dixon, a recently released convict with a journal of favors to repay for hardened criminals. Each task uncovers buried secrets, some with devastating consequences but beneath it all lies the ultimate mission; finding the family that was taken from him before prison.

“The Messenger is a story that explores the human phenomenon: when a favor is too large to repay the only way out is to destroy the giver,” says writer Sterling Anderson. “We’re excited to present it in a way that invites viewers into the storytelling process.”
