February was a fabulously full month of activity! First and foremost, we would like to congratulate the brilliant cast of Tim Turner’s Out Late. Each person delivered a powerful and complex performance for the table read, bringing the script to life in a way that was a delight to witness. One of our audience members said after the event:

We are so grateful to each person who donated their time to putting on this show. From our director, Levi Alexander, with his keen eye and detailed notes, to our leads, Dan Butler, Aidan Wharton, and Julie Warner, who embodied their characters with such grace; from the returning cast of the first play, to Tim Turner who brought us this script and this vision in the first place - it could not have happened without each and every one of you. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Our other exciting news this month: in collaboration with fINK PRESS, we officially released our second anthology of the writings from Amy Ferris’ workshops. The pieces compiled for this second edition were drawn from her No More Crumbs and Igniting Hope workshop series, and the seventeen writers featured have all contributed something raw, honest, and deeply moving. This anthology is also a work/play book; in the space provided in the back, readers are also encouraged to answer the same prompts from the class to write their own prose or poetry as they choose.
