Sweat & Stardust

A raw and honest monologue that chronicles a personal journey through the shadows of an abusive relationship and into the light of self-discovery.

Sweat & Stardust is an exploration of how toxic dynamics shaped my worth and how unconscious social voices reinforced my internal critic. This is a story of transformation that evolves from darkness into an inspiring testament to the human spirit’s capacity for healing and growth.

I reveal how I broke free from limiting beliefs, reclaimed my authentic voice, and stepped into a life aligned with my spiritual truth to become the radiant being I was meant to be. This is an offering of hope to anyone who’s ever felt trapped in their internalized shame. It is possible to be your own storyteller, rewrite your pages, and shine your most luminous light.

My inspiration was my spectacular life derailment - what I call my beautiful disaster.

I wanted to share an emotional offering of what it’s like to be shamed and shrunken behind the doors of an abusive relationship. I too, separated myself from the matrix convinced I would just leave if anyone treated me that way. Then it happened, and I stayed...for years.

That experience awakened me to myself and gifted me with an eagle's view of all I had been unable to see in the smog of social sameness vs uniqueness. I want people to greet their power and know alchemizing ache is possible. I’m grateful for my pain - it taught me to be one with it - and I’m grateful for my place on the transitional team of seed spreaders for change.
