March has certainly kept us busy! From Ellen Meister’s brilliant Getting Unstuck class to an introductory class from fINK PRESS founders Ruby and Violet Fink on how to succeed in self-publishing, the Noon Miracle classroom has been filled with all sorts of shared knowledge and new faces. We’re also excited to announce that The Independent Author: Self-Publish for Free is available as a fully autonomous online course. We also wanted to thank all those who attended our Book Launch Party for Amy Ferris’s new memoir Amy in Retrograde: Desperately Seeking Rewiring! Coming together for a virtual toast to the release of new art and inspiration in the world is a cornerstone of this community. As we enter April, we are thrilled to be approaching another table read! When a young painter swears he’ll look after classmate Andy Warhol in postwar New York, Andy’s endless demands sabotage the painter’s career and personal life – leaving wounds his daughter’s documentary opens years later. Andy & Me by Julia Pearlstein is based on true events, revealing how long hurt can linger with a great deal of humor and depth. We will be reading on the 25th of April at 10am PT, 1pm ET.
