May brought a flurry of new activity to Noon Miracle, from ongoing submissions of poetry and prose to a new and incredibly exciting podcast launched by Amy Goldberg. If you’ve not yet listened to the Unscripted: Believe at Noon chats that have been ongoing over the past month, don’t worry - you’re only missing out on delightful, free-flowing conversations about the creation of art, where the artists featured on Noon Miracle find their inspiration and motivation to keep chasing their dreams, and brilliant advice on how we can all learn to make time for the creative pursuits that fuel so many of us here. No big deal. (Though we would recommend catching up on the first four episodes here.)

We are so grateful, still, for each of you as you continue to support this mission and help us build this dream of a platform by artists, for artists. The work - your work - that we feature creates ripples of inspiration throughout our community and beyond. We’re glad you’re here.

As we look towards June, we are excited to quietly announce that we will be hosting a series of table reads of scripts that have been brought forward to us. These events will be ticketed, with the proceeds dedicated to various charities who are championing the causes that each of these scripts address.

We can officially share the first confirmed Noon Miracle Table Read is set for the 29th of June at 10am PT. We will be reading through the brilliant Amy Ferris’ “Marrying George Clooney” with an incredibly talented cast receiving direction from the legendary Marta Kauffman. This will be a fundraising event, and at present, all of the proceeds are set to go to charities that support women and women’s health.

As June is Pride Month, we will be placing a special focus on LGBTQIA+ stories, art, and creators. If you know someone whose work is representative of LGBTQIA+ history, culture, or community and deserves to be on display, please let them know that we would love to see what they’ve created.

We are so excited for all that lies ahead, and can’t wait to keep sharing your work with the world.
